TERMS, DEFINITIONS, AND ABBREVIATIONS
The terms, definitions, and abbreviations outlined in this privacy policy hold the meanings assigned to them and should not be interpreted differently within the context of this document.

The Operator does not verify the information provided by the User and cannot assess its accuracy or the User's legal capacity to provide such information. However, the Operator assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient information and updates it promptly.
PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The Operator processes the User's Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To fulfill the Operator's contractual obligations to the User, including ensuring the functionality of the Products;
- To comply with applicable laws in the United States of America;
- To protect the legitimate interests of the Operator, as permitted by applicable laws in the United States of America, provided that such processing does not significantly impact the User's interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms:
- To gain insights into how the User interacts with the Products;
- To enhance, modify, personalize, or otherwise improve the Products;
- To develop new Products.
- To provide the User with access to the Products;
- To communicate with the User for notifications, requests, and other information;
- To collect, process, and present statistical data and other research.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In most instances, Personal Data is processed automatically without access from any Operator employees. Access for the Operator's employees is granted in accordance with the necessary requirements of applicable laws in the United States of America and the Operator's internal regulations. The Operator has implemented necessary measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized, accidental, or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, misuse, disclosure, or access, as well as other unlawful forms of processing.
LOCATION OF STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Operator records, organizes, accumulates, stores, updates (modifies), and retrieves Personal Data using databases located in the United States of America.
DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE
The Operator retains Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with applicable laws in the United States of America.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Provisions not included in this Policy are governed by applicable laws in the United States of America, including the Federal Law "On Personal Data." The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Policy by posting a new version on the Operator's website. Any comments, suggestions, letters, or other information may be sent by the User to the Operator's physical address or by submitting a request on the Operator's website.
